Hypertech Energy Labs expand research and networking activities in the domain of ICT for Energy Efficiency after the invitation and acceptance to participate in the pan-European forum focusing on the development of ICT solutions for Energy Efficiency in Buildings (ICT4E2B FP7 project).

ICT4E2B Forum is a European Project that brings together ICT and Building stakeholders to identify needs, challenges and opportunities in further research and integration of ICT systems for Energy Efficiency in Buildings. The experts’ community looks to identify and review the needs of ICT and Construction in terms of research and systems integration. It also accelerates implementation of innovative solutions and sharing of best practices and roadmap results. ICT4E2B Forum fosters the cooperation between researchers, end-users/practitioners, building owners, technology-suppliers, and software developers as regards the use of ICT for an efficient use of energy at building and district level.

Hypertech Energy Labs have been invited to participate in the collaboration and research activities in the field of Data Models for Energy Efficient Buildings (along with some of the main actors in the domain like D’Apollonia, Tecnalia, VTT, SAP, Mostostal, ATOS Origin, CSTB, Acciona), while undertaking the responsibility for coordinating the operation of the specific forum topic after the official project end.
